1. Question: Are all your products Authentic?
Answer: Our products are guaranteed 100% Authentic if you are not satisfied please return item in its unused orginal condition as specified in our return policy.
2. Question: Do you offer sizing on your watches?
Answer: No we do not offer watch sizing at this time.
3. Question: Do you offer international shipping?
Answer: Yes! We welcome International Customers, please checkout using International Checkout.
4. Question: Do you have a price match Guarantee?
Answer: In most case we will match prices from an Authorized Dealer, however from time to time manufactures offer specials on certain items where are costs are higher than those paid by the dealer receiving the special price. Layaway purchases will not be eligible. Please contact us via chat or e-mail if you have any questions and we will respond promptly.
5. Question: When will my item ship?
Answer: Most items ship 1-2 business day. If you need exact shipping availabilty on a particular watch or handbag please contact via chat or e-mail prior to purchase and we will get that information right to you. Thank You!
6. Question: Can I track my delivery?
Answer: Yes, we will send you tracking info as soon as it is available. You may also log into your account and your tracking information will show as soon as it is available.
