Return Policy

Watches

WATCHES CAN BE RETURNED ONLY IF IT HAS NEVER BEEN WORN. We only sell new watches. It is impossible to wear a watch, even for a short time and not get it scratched or blemished. PLEASE understand that we can not accept a return if it is not in the EXACT same condition as we shipped to you. RE SIZED or MODIFIED watches with links removed will not be eligible for returns.

1. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you MUST contact us within 14 days from the time you receive your purchase to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. This must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please complete the  return formAll returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization Number. To provide you with proper and quick service, the Return Authorization number will allow our staff to follow your instructions for exchange or credit. Without the return authorization number the package will be refused. We understand the need of returns and are happy to provide 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. By following these procedures it allows us to better serve you. We want you to be a happy, returning customer. Item must be returned back to us within 21 days of receiving your item.

2. The watch MUST be returned in its original presentation box with all warranty information and manuals, and all plastic wrappings and tags in place. In your package be sure to include your name, complete address, telephone number, and a copy of your invoice.

3. You will be responsible for ALL shipping costs. We recommend that you insure the package. If you choose not to insure the package, you will be liable for lost or damaged product.

4. RE-STOCKING FEES on single purchase items. We charge a Re-stocking fee of 10% in order to cover administrative cost. Amazon.com. Ebay.com, and Sears.com orders will have a 15% restocking fee.

7. Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. We will assist you if necessary in filing a claim with the carrier.

8. Manufacturers Defect. Our watches ship exactly as they come from the Manufacturer, or direct from the Manufacturer. So that you know your watch is brand new we don't unwrap or test any watches.  We will of course check for obvious damage that can be seen.  (If it did not ship direct from the manufacturer) It is possible from time to time to have a defective timepiece (as with any purchased item) ship to a customer.  In order to keep our prices to you low as possible, these defective items have to be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair. Otherwise we would have to charge a significant amount more to cover the less than 1% possibility. We will be happy to assist you in returning it for warranty repair (what to say, where to send it, any dealer info you may need). 

 Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. Watches over $500 can’t be returned via Fed Ex and must use an alternate approved insured shipping method. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.

14 day unworn return policy. Item must be returned in the EXACT condition, with any bags or pouches that was included with order. A 10% Restocking fee will apply!

International Orders

Returns will follow the same rules listed above accept will have a 20% restocking fee AFTER the initial shipping costs are deducted. 
Ex watch cost $100 and shipping is $20 You paid $120 and shipping is not included minus 20% your refund $80.
